Given that I model for Hell Bunny, it means that I am in the lucky position of being able to perve on the new items before they hit the site! And one dress that I just had to have was the Rosemary dress.

The print, the puffy skirt, the cute sleeves… gimme gimme gimme! Thanks to there being real buttons across the bust, I knew that I would need a 3XL – and happily, it was a good judgement call!

For me, the puffy skirt with the pleats at the waist can be quite unflattering as they can add bulk, especially when you already have a large behind! And so I chose to add this super old eBay belt to it to really emphasise my waist. The sleeves were a lovely fit, and covered just enough of my arms to not make me feel self conscious. And you know what the best part of the dress is? It has pockets!!

My one critique of this dress, and in fact the whole Hell Bunny plus size line? The price difference. If a brand chooses to make plus size clothing alongside it’s main range, then they should absorb the costs. I understand that more fabric is needed, but so is integrity.

What do you think of the Rosemary dress?
