I’ve been on a bit of a PinkBlush plus size kick lately. If you are unfamiliar with PinkBlush, they’re an online maternity store that also offers plus sizes. As an apple shape (aka a large belly), this is a dream come true. Finding clothing that appropriately falls over my belly is a bit of a struggle, even in the plus size clothing market.
I understand for some of you, purchasing from a maternity store seems a little, well, embarrassing. I get it, I’ve been there myself. Maternity clothing has a bit of a stigma around it too. Frumpy, unfashionable clothing that mom’s to be have to settle for. Not so with Pink Blush! If you don’t believe me, take a look for yourself..
I’m also on a bit of a floral kick lately, which has me a little shocked. But you know what? You can never go wrong with florals for spring, no matter how overdone they are. Its certainly not hard coming across florals this time of year either, but finding just the right print can be a little daunting. Thankfully though, I spotted this darling pink quarter length sleeve dress while browsing PinkBlush.
Made of chiffon fabric, rounded neck and double lined to prevent sheerness. This adorable little number is more than your usual floral garment. I’m such a fan of the way it moves in the wind and looks on my figure. For reference, I’m wearing a size 2x and it felt a bit roomy. If you’re not a fan of the pink (lets be real, how could you not be?), this dress comes in two other colours.
What are your thoughts on florals for Spring? Is it a bit overdone or are you still feeling the trend? Let me know in the comments below!
