|Winter Look, CSF Style|
Hey a new post and it's an outfit! I know it's been a long time since I've shared an outfit post here on the blog. Not much to blog about when you spend most of your days in sweats and leggings! So far that's how my year has started off, between being sick, not working and going back to the gym...nothing but tees and stretchy pants for me!
The weather here in So. California has also been much colder than usual. We actually been in the upper 40s & low 50s...I know seems like nothing for some of you, but when you live in California all your life once it hits the 60's ITS COLD! Good thing I had this Poncho/Wrap thingy hiding in my closet. I bought it a few months ago around November from Ross Dress For Less, but forgot about it. I am notorious about hanging clothes in the closet with tags still on and forgetting about them! Decided it was time to get out of the bum attire and start wearing my clothes that just hangs and stares at me from the closet.
|It was windy & I had to dance with the wind, with the beat in my head.|
Actually if you've read my previous post, I've been debating whether to continue blogging or calling it quits. This particular night it was just a usual night out with the man, no plans to take pics. He decided this was a picture/blog worthy outfit and we did a quick little photo shoot before heading out for dinner. Good thing he always has a camera handy, seriously he carries one every where. The life a of a filmmaker, can't go any where with out his gear. After a few snaps, we headed out for the night and went about our business. A few days later he sends me the pictures, and they were kinda cute. So here I am sharing and going back to my fashion blogger roots. This is why I started blogging over 6 years ago, to share my style and hopefully help others with their style too. Since this blog is all about style regardless of your size or budget, I have to mention this whole outfit is from discount shops like Old Navy, Ross and The Rack. Since day one of the blog I wanted to share how you can be stylish with out breaking the bank. I never pay full price and try to find gems while I am out shopping. Just because the cost was cheap doesn't mean it has to look cheap. Definitely one of my major goals for blogging was showing the readers how to shop and look stylish. Notice I didn't say look trendy, I am not about trends and more about style. Hoping I get my blogging mojo back and go back to my roots and basics of the blog. I got a bit distract with other ideas and lost my way. Not going to promise daily or even weekly post, however I will try to stay more focused on style, shopping and beauty with a little lifestyle here and there.
